My work has been exhibited in 30 solo and group shows both locally and nationally, and in 1988 I received a National Endowment for the Arts Grant for my paintings. As a commercial artist my Illustrations were published in the Washington Post and other local and national publications, and from 2007- 2020 I was an audio/visual technician for the Smithsonian NPG/SAAM and Renwick Gallery

Photo Reels

I use a Panasonic point and shoot camera. Just taking the bus downtown, walking around DC trying to look like a hopeless tourist, fiddling with the thing, invisible, then shoot from the hip

Animations

The animations were made in Freeway software. I drew the animations with my drawings and photographs as background, then edited the sequence and tempo.

Sketches in my notebooks, scanned then manipulated in Photoshop to enhance, tone, superimpose or elaborate the image.

The video is a sequence of my climate posters, all made in 2024. The images have been edited in Photoshop and collaged from a number of public and private sources
